The scheduled absentee meeting that is set for Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 5:00 pm will be called to order virtually and continued to Tuesday, February 7, 2024 at 5:00 pm. The continued meeting on Tuesday, February 7 will be held at the Board of Elections Office located at 208 Wall Street, Oxford.
This is due to a required State Board Training Conference that is being held at the same time as the absentee meeting. If there are no returned absentee ballots to count, the absentee meeting will be cancelled. Notification will be posted as soon as possible if the absentee meeting is cancelled.
The Granville County Board of Elections will meet in the Board of Elections office at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 to conduct the Sample Audit Count and Write-in Count with a bipartisan team, count absentee ballots and count Provisional ballots.
