FREE MULCH is available at the Oxford Landfill from now until Oct. 30. Pickup times are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. until noon, while supplies last.
Those interested are asked to check in at the weigh scales and staff will coordinate the loading of your mulch.
