Granville County Tax Administration has launched a new online payment system called Autoagent. This new system will provide online processing for all tax bill payments collected by Granville County while providing an improved user experience for our customers.
Users will be able to search for their property tax bills for the current year, review past payments to ensure their account is current, and utilize features like recurring/auto payments by creating an Autoagent account.
Convenience fees for the new payment system are as follows:
– Credit/Debit Cards: 2.5% fee ($2.00 is the minimum payment)
– ACH/Electronic Check: $2.00 fee
These fees apply to credit, debit, or electronic check payments conducted in-person, online, or by phone. Cash and check payments DO NOT incur a processing fee.
